I cannot find anywhere a list of all the hotspots open to construct from Dragonborn's blog

I cannot find anywhere a list of all the hotspots open to OSRS Gold construct. I'm trying to plan out my home in advance to collect the appropriate construction materials (all those I could get find anyway), but even though I know the types of hotspots there are I'm not sure how many of each are in each room.

To clarify I'm trying to figure out how many SEPARATE pieces I can create without removing anything. I'm assuming that curtains come with eight shades that look ghostly. But, selecting one will create curtains that cover the entire eight. I also read that there were three chair spots within the parlour. However most guides list just "chair(x3)" as a hotspot and not "chair(x3)". That's what my goal is to discover.

I want to maximize my enjoyment by using as few raw materials as possible. It might be easier to list the spots that have multiples of each other and how many (if there is just one). This would make it possible to include every room to the website however that's not the reason I'm looking for it.

Respectfully, you may be right or wrong regarding the details I have on Buy RS Gold chairs. In the entry for parlor on the guide, there are six types, not the number that can be constructed. Information regarding things like the chairs in the parlor and the benches in the dining area are not available. However, I have been told that curtains are suitable for use in every room.
