This begs the question, ‘What is Digital Marketing?’. Investopedia defines it as ‘The use of the Internet, mobile devices, social media, search engines, and other channels to reach consumers.’ As the scorching heat gives way to falling of leaves, the majority of retailers are asking the million-dollar question ‘what next?’
