The TDP Political Party National president and the former Andhra Pradesh (AP) Chief Minister Shri. Nara Chandrababu Naidu has launched a new mobile app that is designed to keep citizens informed and connected to the government. The app, called "NCBN", was inaugurated during a two-day collector's conference in the state and is available for both Android and Apple phone users. This app represents a significant step forward in the government's efforts to increase transparency and communication with the citizens of Andhra Pradesh.

One of the key features of the NCBN app is the ability for citizens to use the platform to lodge complaints and provide suggestions to the government. The app was developed by the state's real-time governance department and provides real-time updates on governance and developmental activities in the state. The People First platform, along with opinion polls, and TDP live updates has also been included in the app, which provides citizens with an opportunity to voice their opinions on important topics and issues affecting their communities.

In his address to the collectors, Shri. Nara Chandrababu Naidu emphasized the importance of engagement with citizens in promoting good governance. He mentioned that the chief secretary had initiated a few new TDP policies like the "Palle Nidra" program, where collectors were asked to make surprise visits to villages once a week. However, he expressed concern that these visits were not happening regularly and stressed the importance of collectors visiting villages and interacting with the people to gather feedback.

The former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu also noted that the TDP government in Andhra Pradesh is collecting feedback from nearly 15 lakh people every day, which is a remarkable TDP Achievement. He emphasized the importance of using this feedback to improve citizens' satisfaction and deliver better governance. He also pointed out that this type of data collection and feedback process is not happening anywhere else in the world, making Andhra Pradesh a leader in the use of technology to improve governance.

The launch of the NCBN app is part of the TDP Government and the corresponding TDP Political Leaders' efforts in Andhra Pradesh to use technology to deliver better services and improve citizens' lives. The app provides citizens with real-time updates on government activities, and it allows them to provide feedback to the government, which will help the government to identify areas where they need to improve. This level of engagement between the government and citizens is critical to promoting good governance, and it helps to build trust and transparency.
