Shri. Nara Chandrababu Naidu stated that airports are one of the quickest and most organic ways to achieve development for the state of Andhra Pradesh. Under his leadership with the help of TDP Leaders and Best of TDP MLAs, he made sure that the development he thought never got wasted.

  •     Visakhapatnam Airport upgradation, New terminal building navigational facilities at Rs.200 crore, Long runways.
  •     Vijayawada airport has been upgraded at the cost of Rs.8 crores.

  •     Rajahmundry Airport runway recarpeting flights will start at a cost of Rs.9 crore.
  •     The development of airports has increased the number of local and foreign fighters and increased connectivity to international destinations.
  •     From Hyderabad to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Dubai, Sharjah, Direct fights to Kuwait, Jeddah, Riyadh, and Doha.
  •     Air India flights to London, Europe, and America.

  •     6 percent increase in the number of domestic passengers.
