Lat Pulldown Low Row

This dual purpose, lat pulldown low row will allow you to undertake low rows and pull downs as part of your workout

The pull down part of the machine mimics that of a pull up, the only difference being it’s the machine that moves and not you making it considerably easier to execute.  With this movement you’ll be targeting many different upper body muscles including, of course, your lats.

The low row element of the Fusion helps you to target your lower back muscles building both muscle thickness and strength.  As well as the lower back, it will also hit your forearms so you can quickly see the Fusion is a great piece of kit for an upper body workout.

The Fusion Lat Pulldown Low Row is a plate loaded machine that takes advantage of a dual pulley system making it very quick and straightforward to switch between a rowing movement and pulldown movement.  You can use a variety of different attachments with this machine such as the V bar or even dipping rope helping you to mix up your upper body training.

The Fusion includes hooks at both the top and bottom of the machine which are there to prevent any bar attachments from swinging whilst the optional weight storage horns towards the rear of the machine keep plates on hand.

Dual Adjustable Pulley

The dual adjustable pulley is a highly versatile machine that allows for a wide range of resistance exercises including upright rows, bicep curls, cable kickbacks, tricep extensions, side lateral raises, ab crunches and many, many more.  The versatility of this machine makes it ideal for all commercial gyms and home or garage gyms.

The Kustom Kit dual adjustable pulley machine is the most heavy duty on the market with a total weight of approximately 400 kg. Manufactured in the UK, it offers a unique design with slanted stainless steel linear rails.  This gives the user the opportunity to place their bench closer to the machine allowing for such exercises as seated pull downs.

The rails have also been precision straightened which ensures that the grips glide up and down the rails effortlessly with no friction adding extra life to the machine.  They also feature etched numbering for quick and easy set up.

Both the handles and multi-grip pull up bars have been knurled for improved grip and finished with a high quality nickel plating.

Each stack is machined with a bevelled edge for a better finish and rests on heavy duty shock absorbers to reduce impact should the stacks be dropped.  They also comprise bushes (something not found on many alternatives), this helps to reduce any friction during use and, as with the linear rails, adds life to the machine.

Double D Handle 

Our Double D Handle  is a grip attachment you need to add to your gym accessories.  Made in the UK, it offers a solid construction giving you fantastic grip during a range of exercises and is designed to cope with heavy loads.

The handles themselves feature knurling which improves grip and ensures a secure hold during heavy pulling movements.  It is suitable for many cable pulley stations and can be used for exercises including Lat pulldowns, Seated rows and Tricep pushdowns making it a very versatile grip attachment.

It is available with a standard grip option but can be upgraded to a fat grip option.  Fat grips can improve your overall grip strength and even target smaller muscles in the forearms and hands which can often be neglected.

V5 Full power-rack Rack      

Our stylish Catalyst V2 Full Power Rack is a robust rack built from a thick steel wall section.  Its design is of an ‘I Beam’ style which is seen in the structural support of buildings so you can rest assured that this rack will give you many years of trouble free use.  It’s suitable for all gym environments whether home or commercial.

This power rack weighs over 175 kg giving you a solid platform for your training.  Despite its weight, we do recommend bolting it down to the floor using the inbuilt feet.  Its generous height gives you plenty of space to perform pull ups.

The height of the rack can be customized so if you’d prefer something a bit shorter please contact us.

The J Hooks for holding your barbell are built using robust 8mm thick steel and feature inbuilt stainless steel rollers which allows you to easily adjust the barbell even when it’s fully loaded with weight.

As it’s built with a wider base than more standard power racks, it’s perfect for those of you who prefer to squat with a wide stance.

Customize this rack by adding upper and lower band pegs increasing its versatility enabling you to undertake more dynamic movements.

 Bicep Curl Bar

Our 1.5m straight bicep curl bar is a great alternative to a full length Olympic barbell.  It weighs less than a standard barbell at 5kg making it ideal for you if you want to carry out movements such as barbell curls and skull crushers, only with a lighter bar.  As it’s also shorter than a standard barbell, it’s easier to store away.

Just because it’s lighter than an Olympic barbell it doesn’t make it any less heavy duty.  It’s made from solid high tensile steel making it super strong.  The knurled hand positions give a guide to where you should grip the bar and offer an improved grip, ideal if you are lifting heavy.

We opt for nickel plating our weight horns as opposed to powder coating as this ensures they will not chip, flake and become susceptible to rusting.

It’s really frustrating when you load plates onto a bar and they wobble against bare welds.  Not only does it make the bar feel unstable it can also damage your plates.  That’s why we’ve chosen to add plastic end caps at the base of each weight horn. This ensures that the plates remain flat and stable and as they are solid plastic there is no risk that you’ll damage or mark your plates.
