Passengers will get the chance to get the full value of the flight ticket but, the cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of the flight ticket purchase.

• The cancellation policy will only be applicable if the flight ticket is canceled from the website or mobile app of Turkish Airlines.
• As per the Turkish Airlines cancellation policy, if someone is holding an infant, minor, pet, or group reservation that will not count under the cancellation policy of Turkish Airlines.
• The cancellation charges will automatically be deducted from the original value of the flight ticket.
• The cancellation fee will count the class, distance, duration, fare type, or other essential features from the passenger's flight ticket.
